"night before there was a pre-interview social with the residents fro 630-8pm. Started out with ice breaker (Bingo) followed by Q&A in 3 breakout rooms (WHY..). There were 5 15 minutes one-on-one interviews with chief residents, PD, vice chair, an 2 faculties. Questions were conversational, stuff from application, and behavioral questions. Lots of behvior questions compared to other places ive interviewed at. Asked why BIDMC, research projects, intersets in anesthesia....difficult siutation. etc. Interview day started at 9:40 with chief resident (Miheer Sane). Was a bit conversational. Then interviewed with vice chair (Dr. Hess). He was asking a lot of behavioral questions. didn't really seem to vibe with me compared to other interviewers. Then with PD (Dr.Neves). she was nice, very personable and conversational. Then with Dr. Levy (OB anes). she seems easygoing and personable as well. My favorite was with Dr McGrail (Card anes). Asked about my hobby, research, and seems very conversational. Felt like i connected with him a lot. Then this ended with an informational session on Zoom "

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
