"Zoom Meet and greet the night before. Residents are very nice and seem happy! Zoom Interview day, was 5 interviews (~15 min each), asked for no thank-you notes. Mostly conversational questions with few behavioural questions. Curriculum: strong surgical curriculum, have cosmetics, and 3 peds derm faculty. There is a VA with good hands on procedural skills. Do consults in PGY-3/4. Seem to be very supportive faculty! Have a Mohs fellowships. You are ranked according to the derm rank list for IM prelim position (no separate IV). Involved in community outreach programs. Small college town vibes, rent is very affordable. "

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
