"Pre-interview meet & greet the night before on Zoom. Residents are super friendly! IV day through zoom, 8x 12 min IVs. IV is very conversational, the faculty and residents were all very friendly! The clinics are all in 10 min walking distance which is great. The resident workspace is also close to the clinic. The program is very well rounded, have a fellowship in peds derm (2 & 1/2 full-time peds derm faculty) and mohs (2 full time faculty). Speak very highly of the derm path curriculum. Teaching is ~50% resident led Bolognia (gen derm) and 50% faculty led (surg, dermpath, pedsderm). Residents have continuity clinic 3x 1/2 days per week that are the resident's patients, not off an attending's list, so they feel very ready at the end of residency to be an attending. There is a VA with lots of hands on procedural experience. No official academic 1/2 days, but lots of time in the week (Tues and Thurs) for admin and research. The only area that is less strong is cosmetics, if that is what you are into. "

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
