"Dinner provided in nearby resort. 3 interviews. Many US-IMG residents. First thing in the morning is breakfast + presentation by the PD, then interviews with PD or APDs and 2 faculty members. No medical questions. Want to see if you fit. Good facilities and an enormous ER. Residents are happy. New $500/month housing allowance. The administration has been open to residents' feedback and has been improving throughout the years per their experience. Area is fancy with many rich white folks but Hispanic population is almost 51% in the Valley. Medical director is great, friendly, seems to support residents a lot."

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
