Residents will have a tremendous amount of exposure to critical care experiences in the MICU, SICU, NICU, and PICU. They will get robust procedural training across the healthcare system and will have access to a diverse set of faculty, many of whom are fellowship-trained. Residents will have the opportunity to complete a “Residency Track” (a.k.a. Individualized Learning Plan; ILP). They accept six (6) emergency medicine residents per year.
