"Very laid back interview with the program coordinator who mainly explained the details of the program and talked about the experience in Waycross that one may expect. 2 residents in the rural portion of their training in Waycross mainly just answered any questions you had. Followed by the PD who just wanted to hear about yourself and what you were looking for in a program. At the end he did ask you to describe yourself in one word and what that would be. Concluded with another faculty member who pretty much just gave his background and asked if you have any questions. Very laid back program and interview."

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
