They want to get to know you as a whole and see if you are a good fit for their program. Residents spoke very highly of program. They said their feedback in the past has been put into consideration with faculty and changes were made for their benefit. They care about wellness of their residents and seems to be a supportive, encouraging environment. Options to do electives in rural medicine, global medicine, and more OB electives if that is an area of interest for you. Video about program you can watch beforehand is very informative and answers a lot of questions. Program has been established since 1970s. "

The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
