"The interview day started with an program introduction by the PD. Then residents showed us the entire hospital using images and talked about the culture. It was a very interactive session. This was followed by 2 - 15 minute interviews one with faculty and one with PD. The questions were to get to know applicants and their interest in internal medicine and their program and Dothan city. The faculty members are approachable and friendly. The PD is passionate about the program and has great vision for its development in future including different tracks- primary care, specialty specific tracks. They are receptive to resident feedback. Overall a good program in a small but nice city. "

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
