"Due to COVID, the interview was conducted through Zoom. The structure was perfect, starting with an hour to hour-and-a-half introduction, opportunity to speak with two senior residents, and then each candidate was allowed to leave until their allotted hour interview time that was given to us in advance. I personally loved this, because it made the day less stressful and easy to plan around. For example, I was one of the last two interviewees and my interviews with the PD and senior resident were scheduled for 1 pm, so after morning introductions I was able to destress, take my dog out, and get some work done despite having the day off. I would've been equally as happy with a morning interview, and being able to have the rest of the day to destress or get work done. Everyone was very easy to get along with, and I really appreciated the questions asked during both interviews, and the opportunities that were given to ask questions. Overall a great interview experience."

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
