"Coordinator Savannah was very friendly, Faculty interviewer Dr. Santos (Nephrology) was nice, PD Dr. Palmer was young gave off a casual vibe and generally nice but some questionable comments ('imposter syndrome' seems to be a buzzword for younger generation, response of "there's a time and place for that" in regards to story about CRNA speaking disrespectfully about transgender patient. Protected didactic time, attendings give lectures. Flexible schedule in case of resident emergencies, attending coverage on all rotations. No nights for interns until the program has enough residents is the only major change. Residents are evaluated on scale of 1-5. Residents meet once a month to evaluate program, also an evaluation committee with 1-2 residents and faculty. Cultural center in Thomasville with arts/music/theater. Faculty with both academic and community backgrounds, program is working to grow academically"

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
