"The main interview started with a welcome from the program leadership ( Outgoing PD, Interim PD and Present PD), followed by discussion about what happens on the floors, what happens in the ambulatory clinic and also chat with residents. We then had a thirty minute iv with a faculty followed by a really interesting morning review case. You are only required to switch on your camera for the interview for all other events, they can be off. You can also ask questions anonymously which was fantastic. Interview was really conversational to get a feel for program fit. I already had a separate 15 minutes interview with the PD a few days before"

The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
