"Great interview overall. Started with welcome by Dr. Susan Wolfthsal (PD) for about 10-15 mins. Interviewees were then transitioned into breakout rooms, where they rotated between 3 rooms: one with several residents, one with the chief residents, and one with the program director. The breakout rooms were a chance to ask questions and get a sense of the program atmosphere. After the breakout rooms came the faculty interview for half an hour followed by a 30-minute break (or a 30-minute break followed by the half-hour of faculty interview for another group of interviewees). After the interview, we participated in a 1-hour live resident case conference. This is a regular activity at the program and we had the chance to tune in and participate; this part of the interview was particularly nice. Finally, the PD made closing remarks for 15 mins and the interview was concluded. Overall very nice and warm interview. Residents and chiefs seemed to enjoy being at the program. Dr. Susan is very respected by the residents and faculty alike."
