"Interview with PD and another applicant (group style interview), then 2nd interview was with the PC (very sweet) and the same other applicant, and last interview was 1:1 with faculty (Pulmonary/Critical Care Attending). The program is new, so no residents but the PD has 15 years of experience training residents at NS/LIJ.
