"The interview started with a presentation by Dr. Prant, the chief resident. He gave us an overview about the schedule. 4+1 schedule with max duty hours of 14 hours. We were 10 applicants at that time. Each has a 15 minute interview with the PD and APD. Both were really nice. Questions were: Tell me anything that's not on your CV; What will be your job if you weren't a physician; Describe a conflict with colleague; Time when you were reprimanded by a senior; How do you see yourself in 10 years. Both asked me why I studied ASL. It's best to know your CV by heart."

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
