"Started with a 30 min introduction to the program. It is a smaller hospital but the area is very fastly growing so smaller hospitals are transferring their higher acuity patients to this hospital. we had about an hour talking to two residents, they both were very nice and seemed very happy with this program. 20 min interview with PD, conversational and no behavioral questions. Then had 20-minute interview with 2 of the aPDs. One aPD came off a little harsh and aggressive but the other aPD was very receptive and answered a lot of my questions. "

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
