(3 seniors and 2 attendings to help, 1 month on nights, lots of autonomy, 5 nights a week), free covered parking next to hospital, medium sized program, on-call while on electives as back-up (you get next day off if called in, couple times a month (must be 40 mins away), no 24 hour call, cost of living: 2 bedroom apartment w/ parkin $2000 qm, cost of mid-size city, "not unreasonable with salary" whatever that means, long cold snowy winters, but not as bad as you imagine, "beautiful state", hiking,biking, lake, laid back culture, every 5th weekend is goladen weekened, newly unionized rescidency, academic half day, how the work day feels is good (work and life balance mix), lack of diversty, diverse pathology, pay for step 3"
