"There was a dinner with the residents the evening before the interview. Breakfast was provided, followed by a series a talks about the program and about Louisville. Candidates were split into 2 groups of 7, one group going for interviews while the other group went on a tour facilitated mainly by the residents. In the middle of the day, after lunch, the groups switch so that both groups have been interviewed and toured by the end of the day. During the interviewing session, there were 6 stations that each candidate rotated through - there were 2 interviewers per station (mostly). No 'illegal' questions were asked. All the questions were fair game. Everyone was very friendly and helpful on the day, and the residents seemed very happy with their program. "
