It is a 4-year program where residents receive training at a tertiary care center, as well as at several community-based hospitals. The program offers a diverse population for residents to train in patient care and management. High-risk obstetrical patients are managed by OBGYN residents working with an in-house attending and maternal fetal medicine. The residency program is supported by more than 20 OBGYN attendings, offering residents the opportunity to learn a variety of techniques and procedures, including minimally invasive procedures through standard laparoscopy and robotics via the Da Vinci surgery system.
