"It was a virtual interview. Started with introduction of the pathology program by the program director, then proceeded with the interview proper, then ending with last remarks from the program director and coordinator. There were 4 interviewees assigned during my day. Each interviewee will interact with 4 interviewers (program director, 2 faculty, 1 resident) separately in a break out room. Interviewers were very kind and not intimidating at all! They all seem very welcoming! Q and A with the residents have separately scheduled days apart from the interview days. All residents were warm and nice; makes me feel that residency here is going to be a pleasant experience."

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
