"Amazing program. Had a meet and greet with residents the night before the interview. They all seemed happy and open to answer any question. Interview day started with Welcome session by chairman, PD and associate PDs, then 4 individual interviews (in my case, 1 with APD and 3 associate professors). Wrap up Q&A session of 1 hour with PD and APDs. The program is 2 years of AP and 2 years of CP, not integrated. CP component is very strong because you train in distinguished and world-renown labs. Faculty are outstanding and committed to provide the best training for their residents. There are around 56 residents counting fellows. UW offers 16 fellowship opportunities as well. You get to rotate through 5 different hospitals. It offers J1 and H1b (case by case basis) visas. Will def rank among my top 3!"

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
