"started the day with program overview, DEI talk, and resident chat. next was 2 interviews with faculty (20min) and one with PD (10min). one faculty was blinded- interview went well- 3.5/5. PD chat went well- talked about advocacy and child abuse -4/5. last interview was comfortable and went well i think- 4.5/5. only questioning thought is the diversity- why do i not see that come across in the residents they have and their faculty."

The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
