"The interview day went by very fast! You start off with a program overview from the PD and APD then time to ask questions. Then you meet the department chair that offers words of encouragement. Immediately after you go into your two 25 minute interviews with faculty members. My first interviewer asked all behavioral questions. My second interview was very conversation and welcoming. After interviews there is a 40-50 minute Q&A with the residents. Overall the program is solid. It is a community hospital with an academic feel. The APD was very forthcoming about how challenging the program is and what is expected of you. "

The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator.
