"had two interviews. First was dr myers tell me about yourself which was lengthy, EMT stuff, RISE program as my favorite (really tried to relate my answers to rainbow mission and program goals/what they look for and value), asked me what I want from a program which i NAILED and made sure he knew i did my research and was considering rainbow very very highly, asked him about mentorship, disney rounds, and fave cleveland food which was a french restaurant L'Albatros Brasserie, told him rainbow is a top choice. NExt interview with woolman, a cardio fellow who did a short tell me about yourself, talked about being an EMT for a while, talked a whole lot about cardio interests and history within my family, talked about chess for a little bit, asked him about relationship between fellows and residents, clarified him thinking i was GHHS but still did a good job of addressing that i do have an award still. told him rainbow is a top choice for same as prior interviewer and he said he thinks i'd be a good fit. overall day was fine, resident social was awakward/felt forced due to the bingo card nature (Wouldve been more fun/organic if other people facilitated, aashi didnt really seem to enjoy the people/ thought they were boring). "The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
