"The interview went on for 4-5 hours. It started from an intro by the program coordinator and then a presentation by the program director about the program. After that, we had a Q&A session with some of the residents who are free. After the Q&A was the one on one interviews. Three one on one interviews total - one with the PD and the other two with the APDs of the program. The program coordinator was very friendly and accommodating. The program director and APDs were all nice and friendly as well and answered all relevant questions. They mentioned that their program is currently on probationary status but will be back on regular status again soon. They have a "border health curriculum" that is unique to their program. "

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
