"Virtual interview. APD gave a 30 minute introduction to the program. It is a smaller PM&R program in which the residents and staff get along well and residents have a lot of good training and opportunities for hands on experience. They sit each resident down in 2nd year and ask them what they interested in moving forward so they can taylor their elective schedule to what they want to do - a lot of residents go in to sports and spine fellowship which is something i'm interested in. I interviewed with APD, program chair, 2 faculty members, and neuropsychologist. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely nice and very confident in the program's ability to make residents culturally competent and good physicians. "

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
