"The interview day began with all of the candidates meeting with the program coordinator, who gave a brief overview of the program. There were several interviews scheduled through the day, with breaks in between. 15 minutes with the chief resident, 15 min with the associate chief, 45 minutes "lunch" with the residents. After the resident Q&A was a 25 min meeting with the chairman, 15 minutes with the faculty, and 30 min with the PD (though mine ended after 10 min, he only asked me 1Q and answered one of mine, said that the day was scheduled so that by the time I got to him I would have most of my Qs answered)"

The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator.
