"All day interview day with a combination of webex and zoom. Day started with PD welcome address then interview with PD, faculty and chief resident (administrative chief resident) grand round then meet and greet with the residents first with the PGY 1 then Pgy 2 then chief residents. overall, the interview was about getting to know you as a person and your interest. Residents all seem happy even with high caseload in crisis, but they are all supportive of one another and they hangout together. Program has lots of clinical rotation sites. weakness is that there neuromodulation but they are currently working on it equipment is present and faculty is being trained on it so it will eventually open up. Peds is another weakness most of peds is in the pediatric ED and at Hackensack Hospital."

"The night before, the residents did a Q&A for the interview candidates. The morning of, the program coordinator shared a little bit about the program while waiting for the Program Director to give a powerpoint presentation about the program. We then moved into a waiting room with the other candidates and had the chance to chat with each other and occasionally with the program coordinator. We interviewed with the PD, faculty and the program coordinator. "
